The Strata™ Mips® may get its good looks and low-profile styling from the Stellar™, but on the inside, it features hybrid construction, blending a durable hard-shell ventilated upper with a lightweight in-mold lower and sidewalls for added protection.

The Strata also offers the In Form 2 Fit System with custom quick fit Vertical Tuning and the protection of Mips®, the Multi-directional Impact Protection System. The Strata Helmet's extras include adjustable enhanced venting and an integrated POV camera mount all in a durable, lightweight package.

Integrated MIPS Brain Protection System
All Giro helmets are designed to reduce as much energy as possible while meeting and exceeding stringent safety standards. The goal of Giro's Integrated Mips®-equipped helmets is to reduce rotational forces while enhancing fit and comfort by combining the Mips slip plane with the helmet's adjustable fit system. Giro believes that helmets equipped with this technology can reduce the amount of rotational force that may be transferred to rider's brain in certain impacts. Fidlock Magnetic Buckle Closure
The pinch-free one-handed Fidlock® magnetic snap helmet buckle combines the advantages of two fastening concepts in a completely new way: Strong magnets make it easy to open and close, while a secure snap functionality ensures a continuous locking force.

Hybrid Construction
Hybrid Construction merges a durable ventilated Hard Shell upper with an In-Mold Construction lower shell plus sidewalls for added protection and style. With Hybrid Construction the helmet is beefed up for added durability while remaining lightweight. Hybrid Construction also features an impact-absorbing and lightweight EPS foam liner.

In Form 2 Fit System
The In Form 2 Fit System is lighter and lower-profile than the original, and easier to dial in a custom fit in seconds - even with gloves on. An improved dial design provides up to 6cm of adjustment plus enhanced stability.

P.O.V. Camera Mount
Our integrated POV camera mounting system is stealthy, secure and super-easy to operate, allowing you to instantly deploy your POV camera for filming or quickly pop it off and stash it.

Seamless Compatibility
For optimal performance of both helmets and goggles, Giro products are designed to work together, ensuring a seamless interface between helmet and goggle for an exceptional fit and dependable, worry-free function.

Stack Vent Technology
Our Stack Vent was developed based on research showing the majority of warm air that can cause fogging comes from the goggle's center top vent. Aligning the Stack Vent in the helmet with the center vent of the goggle helps keep it clear and fog-free.

Thermostat Control
Thermostat Control Adjustable Venting allows you to custom-tune airflow instantly with a simple, low profile control button on the outside of the helmet. No other system is faster or easier to adjust, and nothing is more effective at keeping you comfortable.
