Returns

A $35 Flat rate label is available for snowboards, skis and other large items. Smaller items have a $10 flat rate label.
Closeout items cannot be returned. Any product with a discount greater than 39% is considered closeout pricing.
Please initiate within 30-days of receiving the product. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in a shipping box.
If product is received in unsellable or used condition a restocking fee may be applied, amount varies depending on condition of returned product. We have the right to refuse a refund if this criteria is not met.
Missing or incorrect item and shipping damages must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
