The outer shell offers bold reflectivity and a hook and loop closure-adjustable cuff, backed with a DDS (Direct Dry Solution) waterproof membrane and a Polartec Power Dry insulated core made of 80% post-consumer recycled fiber for maximum warmth with a lighter impact on the planet. The palm is a durable AX Suede Echo Diamond synthetic and the index and pointer fingertips use Touchscreen Technology for use with mobile devices. Altogether, it's a double dose of warmth and weatherproofing and it won't weigh you down.

This impenetrable layer is heat-bonded directly to the outer fabric, leaving no seams, no gaps, and no way for water to get in. Compare that to traditional waterproof technology. Water gets in and stays in, collecting in the space between the inner and outer layers, making them heavy and wet. DDS® (Direct Dry Solution)® improves fit and dexterity, keeping you drier, lighter and more comfortable.
