Nice but not really what I had expected

This was a good price so I went ahead and bought it. It is a little bit of a pain to put on, but not bad, but the bad part is that it doesn't hold the bikes very steady in place. Seems like I'll have to manufacture some kind of harness to hold all the bikes upright and keep them from hitting each other. The picture makes it look like the loops are at the top of the pad, but they are actually located down a little lower, meaning it is made for bikes that have a downtube.
