Poorly engineered bicycle rack

The rear section of the rack is connected to the 4 bolt seat post mount with only one bolt. Although it fits together well, the rack was so noisy I had to removed it and discontinued using. I am very surprised that Blackburn didn't do a better job of designing and testing this rack. Shame on your Quality Control Department!
