Jones Snowboard Bindings Size Chart
Overview

Skate Tech

1. Hanger 2.0 and 3.0
Hanger pivots on the Kingpin like a lever allowing lightning fast edge-to-edge energy transfer. True baseless design that delivers the most even board flex of any binding on the market.
2. Kingpin
The Kingpin is the fulcrum that the Hanger pivots on. Design magnifies energy transfer and enhances board response through leverage.
3. Post
The Post attaches the hanger to the kingpin and is the connection between binding and board.
4. Bushings
Bushings are the primary binding contact point and offer customizable response and dampening (Surf Mode and Freeride Mode).
Highback

Designed for balanced response and flex. Mid-wide profile and mid-stiff flex let you lock in turns or tweak airs.
Asym highback with wider lateral side for added toe side turn support
Stiff middle spine for solid carving performance
Flexible side edges for added freestyle performance
Tool-less forward lean adjustment
Freeride/Surf Mode

Freeride mode
Position the wide half of the strap above the buckle for more lateral support and board response. Use Hard Bushings for maximum board response.
Surf mode
Position the wide half of the strap below the buckle for solid heel support but more ankle flexibility for getting loose. Use Soft Bushings for a looser, more dynamic surf feel.
I have only ridden them on their stiffest mode for carving and charging and I feel like the power transfer is solid. Out of all the bindings I’ve tried out these are the most comfortable in my opinion and the toe strap wraps around my boot perfectly. The only downside that I have is that when you’re done riding the toe strap buckle can get iced over in freezing conditions and since it doesn’t have the quick release lever it can take a bit more effort to remove it. I would recommend these to a friend.
I was a loyal Burton binding customer for over 25 years. Skate tech in the Jones/Now bindings is a real difference maker, and the build of these is solid. Lots if ajustability and is really 2 bindings in one.
