It is widely regarded that increased visibility equates to increased safety. To that end, we have taken our classy all-rounder, the Formula, and incorporated a bright, 20-lumen rear LED into the fit system. It's unobtrusive, highly visible, easily rechargeable with an included micro USB, and it just might make the difference between being seen and not.

  • INTEGRATED MIPS®
  • Integrated MIPS (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System) is designed to reduce rotational forces that can result from certain impacts. By integrating the MIPS slip plane into the retention system, we are able to reduce complexity and weight for a compact, better ventilated helmet that fits more closely to the head.
  • INTEGRATED REFLECTIVITY
  • Durable reflective coating process applied to large areas of the helmet shell for incredible low light visibility.
  • FLOAT FIT LED™
  • 20-Lumen rear LED integrated into the fit system. Unobtrusive, highly visible and easily rechargable (includes micro usb). Increase your visibility.
  • NO-TWIST TRI-GLIDES™
  • Quick-adjust fasteners that help keep straps flat and properly positioned
  • SWEAT GUIDE™
  • Sweat Guide pad design pulls moisture away from the brow pad and away from eyewear.

Good Idea, but…

Splendid idea to incorporate a light into your helmet, however, 1) the battery doesn’t last long and its inconvenient to have to charge your helmet after EVERY ride; and perhaps more importantly, 2) the light angle is not adjustable. The needed light angle for proper alerting of vehicles behind you differs for an upright rider versus one who rides in the drops most of the time.
