Damaged

The $300 snowboard i bought for my son showed up with 3 large gouges/chips on the tail. One of the gouges has separation between layers (de-lamination). A brand new board should arrive in brand new condition. And wen you try to report you are sent to the manufacturer. Proceed with caution
