This thing saved my life. Our rafting trip in southern utah took a turn for the worse weather wise. Our first night, we were greeted with high winds, rain, and light snow; must have been about 30 degrees. This hood took it all like a champ. completely blocks the wind and kept my head, neck, and face nice and toasty warm, without needing any other layers on top or underneath it. Honestly that night was one of the best I've slept camping. Dream Runs also had the best price online, and I looked everywhere. They also shipped it to me in utah about 3 days faster than estimated.
