I purchased a Garmin Forerunner 165 through the web store and reached out after not having heard anything about shipment for a few days. They promptly responded, apologizing because the item was out of stock and their shipment for resupply was delayed. They gave me the date they would be receiving the product and upgraded the shipping to be overnight, free of charge. A few days later it arrived.
