I purchased a Garmin Forerunner 165 through the web store and reached out after not having heard anything about shipment for a few days. They promptly responded, apologizing because the item was out of stock and their shipment for resupply was delayed. They gave me the date they would be receiving the product and upgraded the shipping to be overnight, free of charge. A few days later it arrived. I’m pleased with how they handled the situation and love my watch!

Arrived with tags, but appeared very old as if it was stored in the inventory for quite a while... the white partnof the sock looks off white, dirty white. Does not look white like photo. Will call company tomorrow.

I wasn’t sure if the claims would actually pan out, but I was tired of my feet hurting from the pins on my mountain biking pedals. I agree these are not suitable for off-road or off easy-trail use but for those of us who actually do that kind of riding they seem to be pretty great. I like the way the forward positioning gives me a nice bite on the down strokes.

This model of Schwalbe tires is my go to. They hold up well and are nearly puncture proof. I don't know what kind of packaging dreamruns usex, but my tires were delivered without any packaging and had the shipping label taped to the tires. Can't verify they are undamaged until mounted. Since these are for the next change, will have to take a chsnce they are oksy.
