Shipping Issue

When order was placed,I was not able to track it.Called contact and they stated that the order was being handled by Amazon.I logged into my Amazon account, and was not able to locate the order. At that point I had some concerns about the order.Received email and stated order was shipped,not sure by who ? Received order ( Giro Contact Snow Goggle ) In the future I will continue to review you site to purchase items, I hope that when the item is shipped,their will be less confusion, and that I will be able to track it.
