Free Shipping, Easy Returns

All orders qualify for free shipping to the Contiguous United States. Return or exchange any new and unused product within 30 business days of receipt. We will issue a 100% refund to your original payment method. We accept payments from all major credit cards, PayPal, Bitcoin, and Amazon Payments.

Free Expedited shipping is available for orders over $79. Most of the gear we sell ships via Amazon Fulfillment. PO boxes and other factors may prevent 2-Day availability. Saturday & Sunday delivery is not guaranteed. If you have any questions regarding delivery time of a certain product, please send us an email.


Ordering

Orders placed on DreamRuns.com.com will be processed immediately and a confirmation and receipt will be sent to the provided e-mail address. Upon shipment, a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. You may login to your account at any time to check on the status of your order. We do not provide a paper copy of your receipt in an effort to reduce waste. All orders are fully encrypted and secure for your safety.

When placing your order if you choose the option of creating an account you can login to view your order history as well as shipping information.


Returns & Replacements

Return any new and unused item within 30 days of receipt of your item. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Returns can be initiated via the Contact Us Page. Please include your order number. On items where there was no mistake by DreamRuns.com, the buyer will assume all return shipping costs. Used items may not be returned for a refund. Non-defective returns may be charged a restocking fee of up to 10%. We make every effort not to charge a restocking fee in most cases, however we need to charge a fee in some cases to replace parts or packaging prior to reselling the product.

FREE Pre-Paid Label (Exchange):
Exchanges for items over $79 qualify for FREE return shipping in the United States. If you would like a pre-paid label, please order the replacement and message us back with your new order number.

$7 Flat-Rate Label (Return):
We also offer flat-rate return shipping labels for most of our products shipped to the United States. The original payment method will be refunded the full amount minus $7.00 for the label.
